WEAct collects the following data:
- Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide WEAct with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Register in person or online for our membership and mailing list.
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback via email.
How will we use your data?
WEAct collects your data so that we can:
- Email you with information on the activity of WEAct.
- We may use your phone number to contact you if you volunteer for a project.
How do we store your data?
WEAct is hosted on the WordPress platform and MailChimp provides us with the online platform that allows us to host our mailing list. Your data may be stored through MailChimp’s data storage, databases and the general MailChimp applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
